I grew up with allergies, and it was often a strange allergic reaction, difficult to pin point, but one thing was for sure, I am allergic to mold. I grew up on the east coast, and while I love the changing colors of the leaves each fall, i would get itchy all over, red eyes, hives and sneeze a ton. Since moving to California, my allergies have almost vanished. Yes, I have a much healthier lifestyle, Vegetable juices have replaced glasses of wine; Yoga, verses walking city blocks. But also its a lot drier here, and so a lot less mold.
About 2 months ago, my allergies came back full force, and I began to inquire internally, what is this? Does my new home have hidden mold? Oh no, I thought, i have heard night mares stories about peoples immune system being attacked by hidden mold. After contemplating this for a few weeks, I decided to start a candida detox. In Chinese medicine we look to the digestion as foundational system, How Are we digesting the world? I knew that yes, its possible there is mold here (and i will still investigate this); But i could strengthen my immune system to start by clearing any extra inhabitants causing trouble in my gut, which is the birthing place of good immunity. Candida Overgrowth SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS
Allergies ~ to foods and/or airborne chemicals; particularly adult-onset allergies.
Fatique ~ continual, but often more noticeable after eating.

Guidance how to transition of the cleansing drink and back to a "normal" diet. Tips on how to stay in the diligence you have strengthened.
